A few years before Heribert Amann's book was published in 2013, I already created a special album on Facebook dedicated to the breathtaking, whimsical ritual textiles woven by the Iban, Kantuk, Ketunggau, Mualang and Desa peoples in West Kalimantan. Perhaps, I am the first and only Indonesian who has publicly put together a collection of such textiles from the ethnic groups in the Indonesian part of Borneo which are still under studied and often under appreciated. By creating Dharmawangsa Art, the co-creator and I aim to introduce the collection to a wider audience, especially to fellow Indonesians
